We boast a broad range of products, focusing on 5 main species. Each one available in either whole or sliced formats, and sold in various sized packages.

White Mushrooms
White mushrooms, or white button mushrooms, are the most popular mushroom variety in the US. They have the mildest flavor and easily absorb any flavor that they are cooked with.


Crimini Mushrooms
Crimini mushrooms are matured versions of white mushrooms but less mature versions of portobella mushrooms. They are small and tan on the top, and are described as having an “earthy” flavor.

Portobella Mushrooms
Portobella mushrooms are the final third stage of the white mushroom (Agaricus bisporus), and are the most mature version. They are the largest and darkest version of the same species, giving them a meat-like flavor and hearty texture.

Shiitake Mushrooms
Shiitake mushrooms are one of the most popular mushrooms worldwide. They have a rich savory taste and diverse health benefits.

Oyster Mushrooms
Oyster mushrooms have a fluted fan-like cap and range in color from a soft brown to gray. Lightly cooked brings out their delicate flavor and velvety texture. They have a subtle seafood-like flavor lending further their resemblance to oysters.
